1. Eligibility

•Participants: The program is open to all current parents, staff members, and local community members. The spouses cannot refer each other.

•Age of Children: Referred children must be eligible to enrol in the nursery, ages 4 months up to 4 years.

2. Referral Process

•Valid Referral: A referral is considered valid when the referred family has not previously been in contact with the nursery regarding enrolment and is not a current customer of the nursery.

•Enrolment Completion: The referral is deemed successful once the referred child is enrolled and the payment is completed by the parent for a minimum one month regular fees.

3. Incentives and Rewards

•Reward Issuance: Referral rewards will be issued to the referrer after the referred parent has completed the payment.

•Non-transferable: Rewards are non-transferable, and the payments shall be done to the contact person mentioned in the form only.

•Limitations: The referral rewards/payment will only be given for new customers , and regardless for how many months or times the customer enrols there will only be onetime payment of 250 QR.

4. Privacy

•Confidentiality: All personal information collected through the referral program will be used solely for the purpose of managing the program and will not be shared with external parties without consent.

5. General Conditions

•Program Changes and Termination: The nursery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice, due to any unforeseen circumstances or if it is deemed necessary for the nursery’s administration.

•Compliance: Participation in the program implies acceptance of all terms and conditions. Non-compliance with these terms may result in exclusion from the program and forfeiture of any rewards.

6. Dispute Resolution

•Reporting Issues: Participants should report any issues or disputes related to the referral program to the nursery administration.

•Resolution: The nursery will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and transparently, with the nursery management’s decision being final.
